Prep me for a meeting
Get a quick brief before a meeting, attendees, recent context, what's likely to come up.
The prompt
Prep me for my [TIME] with [PERSON], who they are, what we last talked about, and anything I owe them.
For any meeting, alfred_ can synthesize a fast brief by pulling email + calendar + notes + tasks for the people involved.
What alfred_ does
- Identifies the meeting (by time, attendee, or active context)
- Pulls recent emails between you and attendees (past 30 days)
- Surfaces open promises and asks
- Pulls notes and tasks linked to the same people / project
- Compiles into a short brief, names, roles, last interaction, key open items
Tips
- Run 5–15 min before: the brief is shaped for “right before walking in”
- Be specific about scope: “what’s the latest with Sarah?” vs “everything you know”
- Combine with action: “prep me, and draft a status update I can share at the start”
