Web ChatSMS

The prompt

Find a 30-minute window when [PERSON A], [PERSON B], and I are all free this week.

Finding meeting time across multiple calendars is one of the highest-friction tasks in coordination work. alfred_ checks visible availability and proposes specific slots.

What alfred_ does

  1. Identifies the people you named (looks up their shared calendar availability where granted)
  2. Cross-references with your own calendar for the time window you specified
  3. Returns 2-4 specific slots that work for everyone
  4. Optionally drafts the meeting invite for the slot you pick

Tips

  • Be specific about duration: “30 minutes” vs “an hour” changes the proposed times
  • Constrain the window: “this week”, “next Monday or Tuesday morning”, “before EOD Thursday”
  • For external people: “Find times Sarah and I are both free; she’s responsive over email so I’ll send the options”

Variations

  • When can the four of us meet next week for an hour?
  • Find me overlap between my calendar and Sarah's for tomorrow.
  • What's the earliest hour Dave and I are both free?
  • Suggest three times next week the leadership team is all open.

Best for

Coordinating across calendars without scheduling tools, especially when the other people are responsive but not using your scheduling links.
