Notes
Click New in Workspace, or ask:
- Save a note: Dana prefers calls to email
- Start a note for the Northside onboarding with what we’ve agreed so far
- Add today’s call notes to the Acme note
- Find my note about the Acme pricing
Group notes and boards into folders by client or project. Notes you haven’t filed sit in Unfiled. alfred_ reads your notes when it answers questions, prepares you for a meeting, or drafts a reply.
Boards
A board tracks work in columns: a pipeline of clients, the stages of a project, or this week’s priorities. Click New → Board, or ask:
- Make a board for client onboarding with columns Signed, Kickoff, Live
- Add Northside to the onboarding board
- Move Acme to Live
- What’s in Kickoff?
Add a card, open it to add details, and drag it between columns.
Notes from routines
Routines can write to a note, like Log every invoice, which adds each week’s invoices to a note called “Invoices”. See Routines.
