Wiki and people
alfred_ keeps a wiki of your work: the people, projects and goals behind your email. It's what alfred_ knows about you, and you can read and correct it.
As alfred_ reads your email and calendar, it builds a wiki of your work. The wiki is how alfred_ knows that Dana is your contact at Acme, that the renewal is due in March, and that you prefer calls before 10.
What’s in your wiki
- People: everyone you work with, with who they are, how you know them, and your recent conversations. The full directory is under People.
- Projects: the work you’re in the middle of, and the people and threads behind each one
- Goals: what you’re working toward
- Background and facts: your role, your company, and things you’ve asked alfred_ to remember
- Preferences, style and work patterns: how you like to work and write
- Updates: what changed recently
Reading and correcting it
Open Wiki to read any page. If something is wrong, tell alfred_ (“Dana moved to Northside in August”) and it uses the correction from then on.
Adding to it
- Say “remember that…” in chat or by text
- Bring over what ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant knows about you under Settings → Preferences → Import memory
