Settings overview

Where everything lives in alfred_ Settings: connected accounts, preferences, email, notifications, privacy, and the scheduling, rules and billing pages.

Open Settings in the web app or the iPhone app. Most settings can also be changed by asking alfred_ (“send my brief at 6”, “turn on quiet hours”).

In Settings

  • Connected Accounts: your email and calendar accounts. Add one, reconnect one, or remove one. See Connected accounts.
  • Preferences: your name, organization and phone; your time zone, location and language; and Import memory from another assistant. See Time zone and preferences.
  • Email: out of office, and per address: writing style, signature, drafts and automatic archiving. Business voice holds company facts and tone for a business mailbox. See Email settings.
  • Notifications: texts from alfred_, meeting reminders, task reminders, the in-app meeting banner, and quiet hours. See Notifications and reminders and Quiet hours.
  • Privacy: Actions without asking, Export your data, and your password. See Privacy and security.
