Zoom links
Manage your default Zoom (or other video) link plus named links for specific contexts.
When alfred_ schedules a meeting, it can auto-attach your video link. You can have one default plus any number of named links for specific contexts (interviews, sales calls, recurring 1:1s).
What you can do
- Add your default — Settings → Zoom links → Set default
- Add named links — for specific contexts (“Interview room”, “Sales demo”, “1:1 with Marc”)
- Update or delete any link
- Pick per-event — when creating a meeting, ask alfred_ to use a specific link

- “Add my Zoom link as the default”
- “Save this Zoom link as ‘Sales demo’”
- “Use my interview link for tomorrow’s 3pm”
- “Update my default Zoom to [new link]“
Why named links?
Pro Zoom users sometimes have multiple meeting rooms — one for sales (recorded), one for interviews (different lobby), one for recurring 1:1s (with custom branding). Named links let alfred_ use the right one without you specifying every time.
Beyond Zoom
You can save Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or any video URL the same way — the field accepts any meeting link.
