Teams quickstart
On the team plan, everyone gets their own alfred_ on one bill. Each person's mail stays theirs unless they choose to share it, and reads of shared mail are logged.
alfred_ is built for client-facing teams. On the team plan, every person gets their own assistant for their own email and calendar, and the company gets one bill.
How it works
- Everyone gets their own alfred_. Each person connects their own mail and calendar, and gets their own list, routines, brief and texts.
- Shared only when they say. Nothing moves from one person to another unless that person turns it on.
- Reads are logged. When a teammate opens something shared with them, it’s on the record where the owner can see it.
- One bill. Every seat is on one team plan, billed together.
Setting up a team
- Choose the team plan on the pricing page. It’s $49.99 a seat a month (or $499.99 a seat a year), with a two-seat minimum and 5,000 credits a seat every month.
- Open the admin console from the Team section of the sidebar and go to Invitations. Invite people by email.
- Each person accepts, signs in, and connects their own email and calendar. See Quickstart.
What the team shares
- Team library: notes and documents the whole team can open
- Team rules: email rules an admin shares, off until each person turns them on
- Templates for replies the team sends often
See Team library.
Sharing mail with teammates
A teammate can let others on the team see and answer their client email. It’s their choice, they can turn it off, and every read is logged. See Sharing and access.
