Inline actions

Approve drafts, edit messages, schedule meetings, and act on alfred_'s responses without leaving the chat.

Web Chat surfaces interactive cards inline — when alfred_ produces a draft, a calendar suggestion, or a task list, you can act on it right there.

Compose cards

When alfred_ writes a draft (email, follow-up, message), it surfaces in the chat as a compose card showing:

  • Subject and body — the full draft
  • Recipients — who’ll receive it
  • Edit inline — change anything before sending
  • Send — fires the email
  • Save as draft — puts it in your Gmail/Outlook drafts folder
  • Discard — drops the draft

Calendar cards

When alfred_ proposes a meeting time or shows availability:

  • Click a slot to confirm — schedules the event
  • Edit before scheduling — change title, attendees, location
  • Pick a different time — alfred_ shows alternatives

Task / kanban cards

When alfred_ creates or surfaces tasks:

  • Mark done — toggle status inline
  • Edit due date — date picker inline
  • Open full view — navigate to the task panel

Confirmations

For destructive actions (delete event, archive bulk emails, send to many recipients), alfred_ asks for explicit confirmation before running. Hit yes / send / do it to proceed, or cancel / wait.

Suggested follow-ups

After an action runs, alfred_ often offers natural next steps as clickable chips (“schedule a follow-up?”, “set a reminder?”, “convert this to a task?”). Click any to chain.
