What’s in the export
Your alfred_ data, including tasks, notes and boards, what alfred_ has learned and remembered about you, your conversations with alfred_, your routines, and your settings.
What’s not in it
Your email and calendar. Those live in Gmail, Outlook or iCloud, and you can export them from there.
