Data export
Get a copy of all your alfred_-native data — tasks, notes, kanban, memory, settings.
You own your data. Settings → Account → Export data generates a complete archive of everything alfred_ has stored about you.
What’s in the export
- Tasks — full list with metadata (creation date, deadlines, source links)
- Notes — content, folders, links
- Kanban — boards, cards, history
- Memory entries — facts you’ve asked alfred_ to remember
- Conversation history — Web Chat and SMS transcripts
- Activity log — every action alfred_ took on your behalf
- Settings — your preferences
What’s not in the export
Email and calendar content — these live in your Gmail/Outlook account, not in alfred_. alfred_ has indexed pointers, but the source data is yours via your provider.
Format
JSON files in a single zipped archive. Human-readable, machine-importable.
How long does it take?
Small accounts: under a minute. Large accounts (years of history): up to 15 minutes. You’ll get an email when the export is ready to download.
