Display name & signature

What alfred_ uses as your display name and signature when writing or sending email on your behalf.

When alfred_ writes a draft or sends email for you, it uses the display name and signature configured here.

Display name

What recipients see in the “From” field. Usually your full name as you want it to appear professionally.

  • “Connor Fata”
  • “Dr. Sarah Lee”
  • “Marc — alfred_“

Email signature

The block alfred_ appends to outgoing email. Plain text supported. Common shapes:

Connor Fata
Founder, alfred_
get-alfred.ai

Or simpler:

— Connor

You can leave the signature blank if you prefer drafts to ship without one.

Per-account signatures

If you have multiple inboxes connected, set a different signature per account — Settings → Connected Accounts → click an account → Signature.

Asking alfred_ to update

  • “Update my signature to: Connor Fata, Founder, alfred_”
  • “Stop signing emails with Craig” (replaces signature with default)
  • “Set my display name to Dr. Sarah Lee”
