Cancel or pause
How to cancel your subscription, what happens to your data, and how to come back later.
You can cancel any time. No retention emails, no calls, no friction.
Cancel
Settings → Account → Manage billing → Cancel subscription.
This routes you to Stripe’s billing portal. Confirm cancellation there. Effective at the end of your current billing period (you keep access until then).
What happens to your data
- Until period ends — full access, nothing changes
- After period ends — account moves to read-only; alfred_ stops triaging, drafting, and sending
- 30 days after period ends — your data is deleted unless you reactivate

Pause instead of cancel
Going on vacation? Need a break for a quarter? Settings → Pause lets you stop billing for up to 90 days. Your data is preserved, integrations stay connected, and alfred_ doesn’t run during the pause. Resume any time.
Coming back
Reactivating within 30 days: full account, all data, no setup. Just re-subscribe.
After 30 days: data is gone. You can sign up fresh, but you’ll need to reconnect everything.
