Connected accounts

Manage your connected inboxes, calendars, and other integrations from one place.

Settings → Connected Accounts is the single page for everything you’ve connected to alfred_.

What you’ll see

For each connected account:

  • Provider — Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.
  • Email address — which account
  • Status — Connected (green), Needs reconnect (yellow), Disconnected (red)
  • Connected on — when you authorized it
  • Last sync — most recent successful sync

Common actions

  • Add new — connect another inbox or calendar
  • Reconnect — fix an expired token (usually after a password change)
  • Disconnect — revoke access; alfred_ stops reading or writing to this account immediately

Multiple accounts

You can connect any number of accounts of any provider. alfred_ treats them as a unified view of your work — emails arrive across all inboxes, calendars merge for availability, and you can choose which to send from per-message.
