Getting Started

Overview

alfred_ is your AI executive assistant — it triages email, manages your calendar, extracts tasks, and delivers a daily brief so you can focus on the work that matters.

alfred_ is an AI executive assistant for professionals who don’t have time to manage their own inbox. It works in the background across your email, calendar, and tasks — surfacing only the decisions that need your judgment, and quietly handling the rest.

What alfred_ does for you

  • Triages your inbox — every incoming email is read, classified, and either archived (noise), drafted with a reply (needs response), or escalated to your Daily Brief (needs your judgment)
  • Drafts replies — for emails that need a response, alfred_ writes a draft based on the thread context and your communication style. You review and tap send.
  • Extracts tasks — commitments and asks buried in email become tracked tasks with deadlines, automatically
  • Manages your calendar — flags conflicts on incoming meeting requests, suggests open times, and prepares meeting briefs
  • Delivers a Daily Brief — every morning, a single page summarizing what needs your attention today

What alfred_ never does

  • Send email without your approval — every draft waits for you to review and tap send
  • Use your data outside of running your assistant — we don’t sell, share, or train on your email
  • Permanently delete anything — archived mail stays in Gmail/Outlook and is fully recoverable
