- Calendar integrations — Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 Calendar
- SMS — outbound and inbound text via Linq
- Web Chat — the in-app chat panel
- Daily Brief delivery — scheduled jobs that generate and send briefs
When something breaks
- We post to the status page within minutes of detection
- Subscribers get email + SMS notification (opt-in via the status page)
- Most incidents are resolved within 30 minutes
- Major incidents get a postmortem within 7 days
Reporting an issue
If something’s broken for you specifically (and the status page is green):
- In alfred_ — “report this as a bug” in chat
