  • Calendar integrations — Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 Calendar
  • SMS — outbound and inbound text via Linq
  • Web Chat — the in-app chat panel
  • Daily Brief delivery — scheduled jobs that generate and send briefs

When something breaks

  • We post to the status page within minutes of detection
  • Subscribers get email + SMS notification (opt-in via the status page)
  • Most incidents are resolved within 30 minutes
  • Major incidents get a postmortem within 7 days
