We’re a small team — emails reach a human (often the founder) and get answered fast.

How to reach us

For the fastest response

Include:

  • Your account email
  • A short description of what’s happening
  • What you expected to happen
  • (For bugs) the time it happened and which surface (Web Chat / SMS / email)
  • (For bugs) “report this as a bug” inside alfred_ adds debug context automatically

Reporting bugs from inside alfred_

The fastest path. Just say:

report this as a bug — [what’s wrong]

alfred_ captures the relevant context (the conversation that led to the bug, your account info, the time) and files the report. We see it the same hour.
