Claude and ChatGPT
Use your email and calendar inside Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants through the alfred_ connector. Sign in once; sends and invites still wait for your OK.
The alfred_ connector puts your real email and calendar inside the AI you already use. Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your work, and it answers through alfred_, as you.
Connecting
- Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code): click Add to Claude on Integrations → Claude, or add alfred_ from Claude’s connector directory
- ChatGPT: click Add to ChatGPT on Integrations → ChatGPT
- Other AI tools (Grok, Cursor, Codex, VS Code and any MCP-capable assistant): add
https://get-alfred.ai/api/mcpas a connector
Sign in with your alfred_ account once. Step-by-step guides for each are at get-alfred.ai/mcp.
What it can do
- Search your email across every connected account, and read a thread in full
- Look at your calendar, find free time, and book or move meetings
- Save a reply to your Drafts, or send one you’ve approved
- Read and add tasks
- Archive and move mail, and set email rules
Guardrails
- Nothing is sent and no invitation goes out until you’ve seen it and confirmed
- It can’t delete email, events or tasks, disconnect accounts, or touch a team workspace
- Reading is the default permission. Writing and sending are separate permissions you grant.
- The AI tool doesn’t see your passwords or tokens. Every request runs through alfred_.
