The prompt

What do you know about [PERSON]? Pull everything, recent threads, meetings, notes, and anything I asked you to remember about them.

This is the most-used cross-tool prompt. alfred_ pulls a unified view from every surface.

What alfred_ does

  1. Searches email threads with the person (past 90 days by default)
  2. Lists upcoming and recent calendar events
  3. Pulls notes linked to them
  4. Surfaces any memory entries you’ve saved about them (“Sarah prefers Loom over written updates”)
  5. Identifies open tasks involving the person
  6. Compiles into a single brief

Tips

  • Use for cold meetings: context-load before a 1:1 with someone you barely know
  • Use after long absence: “what did I miss with Acme while I was on vacation?”
  • Combine with action: “what do you know about Sarah, and draft a check-in email”
