Zoho Mail runs a lot of small businesses: the custom-domain address on the website, the one clients write to. Claude’s connector list has Gmail and Microsoft 365, and Zoho isn’t on it.
Your two options
Zoho’s own MCP. Zoho offers Zoho MCP, where you create an MCP server in Zoho’s console, pick which Zoho apps and permissions it gets, and add it to Claude. Zoho’s help page for Claude Desktop has you open Claude’s developer settings, edit the config file, paste in the snippet from Zoho’s console and restart Claude. It reaches Zoho’s apps only.
alfred_. You connect Zoho Mail to alfred_ like any other account, and alfred_ connects to Claude. There’s no config file, it works the same in claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code and ChatGPT, and your Zoho inbox sits next to your Gmail, Outlook or iCloud in the same search.

Once it’s connected, it’s the same in Claude:
You: Did the venue send the final invoice to my business email?
Claude: Yes. Harbor Hall emailed your Zoho address on Monday with “Invoice 2214 - Final.pdf”: $3,850, due November 14. You haven’t replied.
You: Reply that we’ll pay by the 10th.
Claude: Here’s the reply from your Zoho account: “Thanks, we’ll pay invoice 2214 by November 10.” Send it?
You: Yes.
Illustrative exchange. Names are invented.
It reads PDF and image attachments as text, and the reply goes out through Zoho from your own address after you say yes. Through this connection Claude cannot delete an email, an event or a to-do.
Every account connected to alfred_, Zoho included, is one search away in Claude. Shown with sample data.
Beyond the chat
The connection works when you ask Claude. alfred_ also reads your Zoho inbox when you don’t: it flags the emails that need your answer, keeps a list of the replies you owe, and can text you when a client is waiting.
You need an alfred_ account for any of this. Plans start at $29.99 a month with a 7-day free trial.
