  3. 03

    More accounts, same team.

You're expected to grow the account list without adding coordinators.

Client work used to slip once in a while. Now it slips every week, and the client notices first.

Standups, spreadsheets and the CRMall depend on someone remembering.

  • Ask each rep in standupIt's from memory, and you become the bottleneck.
  • A coordinator with a spreadsheetStale by noon, and it leaves when they do.
  • The CRMIt shows what someone typed, not what the client asked.
  • ChatGPT or CopilotIt answers when someone asks. Your problem is what nobody asked about.
  • Hire another personIt adds another inbox with the same blind spot.

From the truck,by text.

  • Customers waiting. Every request that needs an answer, longest wait first.
  • Quotes owed. The estimates you said you'd send, and when they asked.
  • Schedule changes. A text when a visit moves or a part arrives.
  • Answer by text. Say send, and it's sent. Nothing goes without a yes.

One customer, start to finish.Nothing reaches the customer until you say send.

    A customer asks.

  2. 02

    A text on site.

alfred_ texts the owner that Bayview is waiting, and since when.

  3. 03

The reply is sent and the request comes off what needs you.

Contact us
Does every tech need a computer?

No. alfred_ texts over iMessage, RCS and SMS, so a tech can answer from the truck with no app to install.

Can the office answer for a tech?

Only with their OK. A teammate can let a coordinator see and answer their client email. Only they can turn it on, and every look is logged where they can see it.

Does it work with Outlook and Gmail?

Gmail (including Google Workspace), Outlook (including Microsoft 365), iCloud and any inbox that signs in with IMAP. Up to six accounts a person, on one list.

Will it send anything to a customer on its own?

No. alfred_ drafts the reply when you ask and shows it to you first. Email goes out when you send it, or from a rule you set up.

Can it put a visit on the calendar?

Yes. Ask by text, like "put Bayview on Thursday at 9," and it goes on the calendar. If you invite people, you see the invite before it goes.
