Contact us
What can a routine do?

Anything you'd otherwise check by hand on a schedule. It goes through your mail and calendar, finds what you asked for, and tells you what it found. Start from a ready-made one or describe your own.

Can I test a routine before it runs?

Yes. Test it now runs it once, right away, and shows you what it finds. Turn it on when it looks right.

How is a routine different from a Zapier zap?

You describe the outcome in a sentence. There are no triggers to pick or fields to map: alfred_ reads your mail and calendar to find what you asked for.

What happens if a run gets something wrong?

Every run shows what it checked and what it found. Reword the sentence, or tell alfred_ what to change, and the next run follows it.

Can I make one by text?

Yes. Text alfred_ what you want and when. It shows you the routine first, and turns it on when you say so.

Do routines use credits?

Yes. Routines and workflows run on the credits in your plan, and nothing else uses them. See Pricing for how many each plan includes.

Can I pause or delete a routine?

Yes. Pause it with one switch on the Routines page, or delete it. You can also ask alfred_ to pause it for you.

Make sure nothing slips.
