  • A coordinator with a spreadsheetStale by noon, and it leaves when they do.
  • The CRMIt shows what someone typed, not what the client asked.
  • ChatGPT or CopilotIt answers when someone asks. Your problem is what nobody asked about.

  • Clients waiting. Every client email that needs an answer, longest wait first.
  • Opposing counsel. Proposed dates and drafts you still owe a reply on.
  • Deadlines. A date that matters, and what happens if it slips.

Dana Pruitt wants to know where her matter stands.

  2. 02

    It's on the list.

Does each attorney get their own assistant?

Yes. On the team plan every attorney and paralegal gets their own alfred_, in their own email and calendar, on one firm bill.

Who can see a client's emails?

Only with their OK. A teammate can let a coordinator see and answer their client email. Only they can turn it on, and every look is logged where they can see it.

Will it send anything to a client on its own?

No. alfred_ drafts the reply when you ask and shows it to you first. Email goes out when you send it, or from a rule you set up.

Does it work with Outlook and Microsoft 365?

Gmail (including Google Workspace), Outlook (including Microsoft 365), iCloud and any inbox that signs in with IMAP. Up to six accounts a person, on one list.

How is client email kept secure?

Connect with Google or Microsoft and alfred_ never sees your password. It has passed a CASA Tier 2 security assessment for Google's review, and nobody sees anyone's mail unless that person turns it on.
