Our Commitment
Knowledge Butler, Inc. is committed to ensuring that alfred_ is accessible to people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to use our platform to manage their email, calendar, and tasks effectively, regardless of ability.
We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of alfred_ and strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA standards.
What We're Doing
We are taking the following steps to ensure accessibility:
- • Implementing semantic HTML and ARIA attributes throughout the application
- • Maintaining sufficient color contrast ratios across the interface
- • Supporting keyboard navigation for core workflows
- • Providing text alternatives for non-text content
- • Designing responsive layouts that work across screen sizes and zoom levels
- • Continuously reviewing and improving accessibility as we develop new features
Known Limitations
While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, alfred_ is actively evolving and some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are aware of potential limitations in:
- • Some interactive components (drag-and-drop in kanban boards, calendar widgets) may have limited screen reader support
- • Certain dynamic content updates may not always be announced to assistive technologies
- • Some third-party integrations may have their own accessibility limitations
We are actively working to address these limitations and improve the overall accessibility of the platform.
