For real estate teams
Leads don't waitfor you to finish a showing.
alfred_ gives every agent on your team an assistant that flags the buyer and seller emails that need an answer, and texts them while they're out.
Clients expect an answer the same hour.Your team has more to keep track of than ever.
- 01
Their other vendors reply fast now.
A two-day reply reads as "they don't care."
- 02
Every call ends in a summary full of promises.
Nobody owns turning them into done.
- 03
More accounts, same team.
You're expected to grow the account list without adding coordinators.
Client work used to slip once in a while. Now it slips every week, and the client notices first.
Standups, spreadsheets and the CRMall depend on someone remembering.
- Ask each rep in standupIt's from memory, and you become the bottleneck.
- A coordinator with a spreadsheetStale by noon, and it leaves when they do.
- The CRMIt shows what someone typed, not what the client asked.
- ChatGPT or CopilotIt answers when someone asks. Your problem is what nobody asked about.
- Hire another personIt adds another inbox with the same blind spot.
Every inbox, one list of who's waiting.
- Buyers and sellers. Every client email that needs an answer, longest wait first.
- Lenders and inspectors. The documents and reports you're still waiting on.
- Deadlines. Offer and contingency dates, before they slip.
- From the car. A text says who's waiting. Say send, and it's sent.
One buyer, start to finish.Nothing reaches the client until the agent says send.
- 01
A buyer asks.
Mike Chen: "Can we see Maple Place on Saturday?"
- 02
A text at the showing.
alfred_ texts the agent that Mike is waiting.
- 03
Say send.
"Tell him 11 works." The reply shows first, then goes.
- 04
On the calendar.
The showing goes on the calendar. Invites are shown before they're sent.
Answer from the car.Not the next morning.
Text alfred_ like you'd text a person. It knows your email, calendar and to-dos, and nothing sends without a yes.

Built inside a client services team. Nothing goes out without your OK.
Used by people at 250+ businessesAgencies, law firms, contractors, real estate firms and accounting practices
You approve, alfred_ does the typing.
Nothing reaches a client until you press send.
Each teammate stays in control.
Nobody sees anyone's mail unless that person turns it on, and every look is logged where they can see it.
It shows its work.
Every answer points to the email it came from. If there's no evidence something got done, it says so.
Independently assessed.
A CASA Tier 2 security assessment, for Google's review. Your inbox stays in Gmail or Outlook.
Does every agent on the team get their own?
Yes. On the team plan every agent gets their own alfred_, in their own email and calendar, on one brokerage bill.
Can it text me when a buyer inquiry comes in?
Yes. Make a rule like "text me when a buyer inquiry comes in" and alfred_ texts you when one lands, so you can answer from the car.
Does it work with my Outlook and my personal Gmail?
Gmail (including Google Workspace), Outlook (including Microsoft 365), iCloud and any inbox that signs in with IMAP. Up to six accounts a person, on one list.
Will it reply to a client without me?
No. alfred_ drafts the reply when you ask and shows it to you first. Email goes out when you send it, or from a rule you set up.
Can it put showings on my calendar?
Yes. Ask on Home or by text, like "add a showing at Maple Place Saturday at 11," and it goes on your calendar. If you invite people, you see the invite before it goes.
