alfred_ processes your connected email (Gmail or Outlook) in your account, with OAuth (never sees your password), AES-256 encryption, and per-user isolation. It does not store student records independently, it works within whatever data-handling rules your email provider gives you. For FERPA-specific requirements, you keep direct student records in your usual systems; alfred_ handles the coordination email around them.
Multi-language support?
Yes. alfred_ reads and replies in whatever language the inbound email used, and you can set a default language for your Daily Brief (English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and more). Some coaches use it specifically to handle parent communication in the family's preferred language.
