ChatGPT’s own plugins send through one provider each. Its Outlook plugin signs in with work and school accounts only, so a Hotmail address can’t connect to it. alfred_ puts every account behind one plugin, so the question isn’t which plugin can send from which inbox.
How to let ChatGPT send from your own address
Connect your accounts to alfred_. Gmail, Outlook (personal or work), iCloud, Yahoo, AOL or any IMAP mailbox. Up to six.
Add the alfred_ plugin in ChatGPT. Open alfred_ in ChatGPT and press Connect.
Tick sending when you sign in. Reading is the default. Sending is its own permission. Leave it unticked and ChatGPT can still save drafts into your real Drafts folder for you to send yourself.

The right thread is found across every inbox, the attachment rides along, and it goes from the account Maya wrote to. The check before sending lives in alfred_, so ChatGPT can’t talk its way past it. Through this connection it cannot delete an email, an event or a to-do.

Nothing is sent without your approval. ChatGPT acts when you ask it in a chat. alfred_ also works between chats: it reads every incoming email, flags the ones that need your answer and texts you, and you can reply by text and approve the send with a 👍.
Can ChatGPT delete my emails?
Not through alfred_. The connection has no way to delete an email, cancel an event or remove a to-do.
