Email Intelligence
CommunicationYour inbox, handled before you wake up.
alfred_ connects to your Gmail and Outlook accounts and uses AI to classify every email by urgency and type. You wake up to an inbox that's already organized — action items flagged, FYIs separated, low-priority items moved aside. Compose, reply, forward, and batch-process without leaving your dashboard.
What alfred_ does
AI urgency classification
Every email gets scored 1-10 for urgency and tagged with a type: Action Required, Scheduling, FYI, Follow-Up, or Low Priority. Color-coded badges make it instant to spot what matters.
Deadline extraction
alfred_ reads email content and pulls out deadlines automatically — flagging what's urgent, due today, or due this week with visual badges.
Full compose and reply
Write new emails, reply, reply-all, and forward without leaving your dashboard. Auto-save drafts, attach files from your device or cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive).
Batch operations
Select multiple emails at once to archive, delete, or mark read/unread in bulk. Process your inbox in minutes, not hours.
Multi-provider support
Connect Gmail and Outlook via secure OAuth 2.0. Switch between providers in one click. Full folder navigation: Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archive, Trash.
Attachment handling
Preview PDFs and images directly in the email view. Download attachments or attach cloud files from Google Drive and OneDrive when composing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which email providers does alfred_ support?
Gmail (including Google Workspace) and Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365). Both connect via secure OAuth 2.0 — alfred_ never sees or stores your password.
How does AI email classification work?
alfred_ analyzes each email's content, sender, and context to assign an urgency score (1-10) and a classification type: Action Required, Scheduling, FYI, Follow-Up, or Low Priority. Results appear as color-coded badges in your inbox view.
Can I connect multiple email accounts?
Yes. Connect both Gmail and Outlook accounts. You can switch between them in your dashboard — though emails from different providers appear in separate views, not a merged inbox.
Does alfred_ send emails on my behalf?
Only when you explicitly compose, reply, or forward an email. alfred_ never sends anything automatically — you review and hit send on every message.
Can I still use Gmail/Outlook directly?
Absolutely. alfred_ syncs with your email provider in real-time. Changes you make in Gmail or Outlook (reading, archiving, deleting) are reflected in alfred_, and vice versa.
What permissions does alfred_ request?
Read and send access for email (to display your inbox and send messages you compose). You can revoke access anytime from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
