I work with children's data. Is this FERPA-compliant?

alfred_ processes your connected email in your account, with OAuth (never sees your password), AES-256 encryption, and per-user isolation. It does not store student records independently. For FERPA-specific requirements, you keep direct student records in your usual systems; alfred_ handles the coordination email around them.

Multi-language support?

Yes. alfred_ reads and replies in whatever language the inbound email used, and you can set a default language for your Daily Brief. Some coaches use it specifically to handle parent communication in the family's preferred language.
