## The prompt

- What's overdue right now? Sort by how late.

This is the prompt that catches the slips. Run it once a week, minimum.

## What alfred_ does

1. Lists every open task past its deadline
2. Sorts by how late
3. Surfaces the source email (if extracted from one)
4. Offers next-action shortcuts, send a status update, push the deadline, mark done

## Tips

- **Pair with a follow-up draft**: "what's overdue, and draft status updates for each"
- **Filter by client**: "what's overdue from Acme?"
- **Combine with email**: "what did I promise in email but not deliver?"
