# Plans & usage

Every plan is the whole assistant. Plans differ in the monthly credits routines and workflows run on, and in how many custom workflows you can build. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

## Plans

- **Starter**: $29.99 a month, or $299.99 a year. 2,000 credits a month, ready-made routines.
- **Pro**: $44.99 a month, or $449.99 a year. 4,000 credits a month, up to 2 custom workflows.
- **Power**: $99.99 a month, or $999.99 a year. 10,000 credits a month, unlimited custom workflows.
- **Max**: $199.99 a month, or $1,999.99 a year. 25,000 credits a month, unlimited custom workflows.
- **alfred_ team**: $49.99 a seat a month, or $499.99 a seat a year. 5,000 credits a person, every month. For 2 or more people.

Prices are the same as on the [pricing page](https://get-alfred.ai/pricing). Annual billing saves about two months.

## What's on every plan

- **Email** across up to six connected accounts: what needs you, follow-up tracking, inbox tabs and search.
- **Calendar** for Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars, with scheduling and booking links.
- **Morning brief** by text or email.
- **Tasks**, suggested from your email and synced with Google Tasks.
- **Routines and workflows** in plain language.
- **Integrations** with Slack, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce and more.
- **The iPhone app, text messages**, and the connector for Claude and ChatGPT.

## Credits

Each time a routine or workflow runs, it uses credits from your plan's monthly amount.

## Free trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We ask for a card so your plan continues when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.

## Changing or cancelling

- **Change plan**: Settings → Plan & Billing. Moving up or down changes your monthly credits.
- **Cancel**: Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage billing opens the billing portal (or go to [get-alfred.ai/billing](https://get-alfred.ai/billing)). Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

## After you cancel

| When | What happens |

| Until the period ends | Everything works as usual. |
| After the period ends | alfred_ stops working on your email and calendar, and booking links switch off. Your data stays in your account. |
| If you come back | Everything is as you left it. Booking links need to be switched back on. |
